before i forget, 3 weaknesses of mine..
1) hate criticism.
2) high defense wall.
3) always commit without thinking about the consequences.

fuck man. i need to change all these.and i need to do it real soon. humble and magnanimous~ things i learnt today. jason is awesome. always makes me reflect when i talk to him. haha. attributes of a 6figure earner. a good topic to think about.. like why do people fail and why do people succeed? and what kind of attributes they have or lack? we discussed about 20 of them.. sounds cliche but after thinking of a few examples and reflecting and thinking deeper into each attribute it's really true that all these things are really important.

hardworking, logical, meticulous, visionary, adaptable, responsible, humble, driven, proactive, decisive, sociable, trustworthy, persevere, confident, sincere/honest, positive, magnanimous, selfless, disciplined, image.

so how many attributes do you have? come to think about it.. there's really a LOT of room to improve. and all these attributes, no one in your life will be there to teach you or remind you, no experience in life will give you the chance to improve all the attributes. and i'm glad i'm doing a business that moulds me. it makes me feel uncomfortable everyday which is a good thing, to be out of the comfort zone. it just means i'm growing. what jason said was true. what we're doing and thinking now in the business as pioneers will definitely be an experience that will shape many people's attributes. but in the future when network marketing has been revolutionized there will be a firm system and we definitely will be doing things differently and by then there wouldn't be a chance to have this kind of experience that shapes all your attributes anymore..

then it was how to manage your emotions. honestly, people are only emotional cos of problems. and cos they put manymany problems into one chunk together. we just have to separate them, and solve them one by one:) it'll solve many things in life. when people have many problems and they chunk them together, they get provoked very easily. it's a fucked up human thing. that's how people end up doing drugs, gambling, in debt etc. which is really true..

i feel the same as jason. being humble and magnanimous are the 2 most difficult attributes to master.. people always think they're right, and they always want to win. we shouldn't be calculative, and shouldn't bear grudges. should learn to forgive and forget, and give and take.. families or relationships that fail always fail because of people not being magnanimous, because people always want to win, and are not willing to accept or learn their mistakes or flaws, which is being not humble and not magnanimous. humans are fucked up creatures man. we have to change that. that's why only few people earn a 6figure..

there is a limit to selflessness. there's a thin line between selflessness and helpfulness..

learnt a lot today and it's worth reflecting. i need to make sure things don't cock up anymore. no time to waste already..

i need to reflect more...
i need to solve problems.
