Dear Val, Jo, Nat and Qianwen
It's 20th June today.I do not know if all 4 of you have not received my email reminders for valid reasons, or you have simply chosen to ignore them.
Your extended deadline was 13 June, and one week later, I have not received your report nor heard from any of you.
This is very irresponsible behaviour.Your group will no longer have to submit a draft report. Instead, your final report is due on first week of Term 3.I will be marking it and making the necessary deductions.
Failure to submit your final report when school term starts will result in immediate failure for your report writing.
This is my last warning for the 4 of you.

valerie here.. i am online now and i just saw your email... erm so i am typing here for jo, nat and qianwen.. its currently 6.47pm on 20 June.. me, jo and nat are on the phone (conference) now.. hmm.. we couldnt contact qianwen.. no one is at home and her hp is off... we apologise that we did not hand in the draft report on 13th June..

reason1:the mail u sent us was sent to our junk mail as the sender was not a hotmail user and is not in our hotmail contacts.. so one day i decided to check my junk mail as i had too much junk mail in my junk mail inbox.. only then did i see your mail.. i think it was about 15th of june.. and so i went to tell the rest of the group..

reason2:we met up for discussion on the 16th one day after i knew about the email.. we arranged on 15th of june that we would meet in school com lab 2 at 1.30pm-5pm after me and jo's band prac.. but in the end me and jo had to wash our instruments!!.. we tried to wash quickly but it was still no use.. we still needed to polish, grease and oil.. and so it took up a lot of time.. by the time we finished washing and rushed up to the computer lab it was already almost 5pm.. we wanted to lengthen the meeting but the computer lab was already closing.. natalie had to go for her tuition after 5pm and she was also sick on 16th June..
